Exactly as is - an addon for bevel-friendly boolean operations.
In short, this is an addon intended to bring the proper bevels into the SubD modeling
Built entirely with Geometry Nodes.
Use with caution! Start with preview mode (check the documentation for more info).
Works best with a uniform, dense mesh - perfect as a base for further voxel remeshing (e.g. in BlackMesh).
Great for design exploration and quick form studies - made with industrial designers in mind.
Who is this product for?
This addon was inspired by such tools as Mesh Fusion in Modo, and other add-ons with similar functionality, like "Smooth Boolean" for 3dsmax, HardMesh for Maya etc.
It is mainly used for quick ideation and concept creation, without spending additional time and steps for Remeshing, manual remodeling, or export/import to CAD software.
Also, another distinctive feature of this approach is that it is non-destructive and completely procedural; all operations are stored as modifiers and can be changed or deleted at any time
